FlyRite Shuttle
By using the FlyRite Shuttle website or booking our transportation services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Overview
FlyRite Shuttle provides scheduled transportation services between Idaho Springs, Evergreen, and Denver International Airport. Services are available by advance booking only and subject to availability.
2. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made in advance through our website.

Full payment is due at the time of booking.

We accept major credit/debit cards via our secure payment system (Wix Payments or third-party processor).

A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.
3. Cancellations and Refunds

Passenger Cancellations: You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled trip for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.

Company Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule rides due to weather, mechanical issues, or driver availability. You will be notified and fully refunded if we must cancel your ride.
4. No-Show Policy
Passengers who do not arrive at the designated pickup location within 5 minutes of the scheduled time will be marked as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
5. Luggage Policy

Each passenger is allowed one carry-on and one checked bag.

Oversized or excess luggage may incur an additional fee or may not be allowed depending on space.
6. Passenger Conduct

All passengers must behave respectfully toward drivers and other riders.

FlyRite Shuttle reserves the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior.

Alcohol, smoking, and illegal substances are not permitted on board.
7. Liability

FlyRite Shuttle is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or events beyond our control.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Passengers ride at their own risk; however, our vehicles are commercially insured for your protection.
8. Changes to Terms
FlyRite Shuttle may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site or service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
